How Does Our Online Ordering Platform Work?
As a member on the ADK Food Hub Online Shop, you will be able to place an order for local foods via our Shop on Open Food Network. Your delivery day will be the same each week, depending on your location around the region. We have three different delivery routes, allowing us to service St. Lawrence County, the Tri-Lakes and High Peaks regions of the Adirondacks, as well as the Northern Adirondacks. We will eventually be expanding our delivery routes to include the Southern Adirondacks, as well as the Champlain Valley and Plattsburgh. Depending on your location, your delivery will be made to your home or business, or to a microhub location near you.
What Types of Products Will Be Available?
Product availability will vary with the seasons, and will continue to expand as we add more producers to our platform. We currently have seasonal produce, dairy products, maple syrup, honey, bread, and raw apple cider vinegar available. In the near future, you will also be able to order meat, eggs, a wider array of value-added products, grains, and more dairy products.
Products are tagged as “certified organic,” “organically grown but not certified,” “pastured,” “grass-fed,” etc, so you know how the food you are purchasing was grown or raised.

Since ADK Food Hub is working with many producers of Local Foods across the North Country, we aim to be able to fulfill the needs of all types of customers, from individuals to restaurants to hospitals and universities. As a Food Hub, we can aggregate locally grown foods to get them to customers on the scale they need, taking pressure off the farmer to market the produce, and making it simpler for buyers like you to find product in wholesale quantities. Deliveries will be made once per week. Payments can be made via credit card or Net 30 account.
